No nutrition-number guessing
Choose the meal structure first.
Small Pharaoh’s does not publish laboratory nutrition totals, so we do not claim exact protein counts. This guide focuses on practical choices: center the meal on a halal meat, select the serving style you prefer and customize the extras.
Over-rice plates
A full plate pairs your selected meat with rice, salad and sauces. Combo meat combines chicken and lamb when you want variety.
Gyros & shawarma
Choose a wrapped meal with chicken, lamb, beef or another available filling. Ask about extra meat when you want a more protein-forward order.
Salads
A meat-topped salad shifts the balance toward vegetables while keeping chicken, lamb or another available protein at the center.
A hearty option
Try kofta, combo meat or extra meat.
Kofta brings seasoned grilled flavor to a rice plate. Combo meat gives you both chicken and lamb, while an extra-meat modifier may be available for eligible dishes. Ask the cart which option is available that day.
For a different balance, choose salad instead of a heavier side or keep sauces on the side so you control how much you use.
“High protein” describes the way an order can be built; it is not a nutrition or health claim. Portions, recipes and availability can change. Ask staff about current ingredients and preparation if you have dietary or allergen needs.
